1. Why should I choose web.biz?

6. How are the services invoiced?

Invoices for new services ordered can be paid in the last step of the order process. We recommend payments by Credit Card or PayPal. 10. I have a technical problem, how can I notify?

1. I ordered a hosting package for a new domain, what do I do next?

If you have not changed the default nameservers (ns1.server.ro and ns2.server.ro) then all you have to do is to install your site, create your email addresses etc .. Find the details you need in the service activation confirmation email.

2. I ordered a hosting package for an existing domain, what do I do next?

If your domain already has a website or email addresses you have to make sure that once you set the nameservers and traffic will be directed to us, there is already a copy of the site created and e-mail addresses. Otherwise your visitors will not only see a welcome page on a site that does not exist and emails for your accounts will be returned to the sender with an error message. 4. I have a shared hosting account, how can I connect to FTP?

In cPanel you find all the needed details, at the "FTP accounts" section. If your site was hosted on cPanel before we automatically imported all account from the former provider, FTP data remains unchanged. If it is a new cPanel account, the easiest is to use cPanel account login details. This account has full access on your account and you should not disclose it to anyone. You can also create additional FTP accounts with read/write only in certain directories. IMPORTANT! FTP is unencrypted, a person can intercept your username and password and can access your account illegal. To avoid this we recommend using the FileZilla client, define your server profile, under Site Manager and select menu option Encryption Require explicit FTP over TLS. This way, your connection is secure and no one can intercept your username and password.

5. What security mechanisms are used?

9. My emails get in Spam, what can I do?

If we knew what to do in order for every mail to reach the recipient's inbox we'd be billionaires, but no one knows the perfect recipe. We try to offer you a minimum to help you improve the chances that your messages reach the inbox, such as dedicated IP address for each hosting account. But the "whitelisting" is extremely long and restrictive. 17. Why is there a limitation of the hardware resources for my site?
